Customer Review: Great extra oven for long baking days

I can't speak to how this oven holds up over long periods of time. I also don't use this oven daily. I purchased it just to bring out when I plan to do a lot of baking, and it's been wonderful for that purpose. I love baking, but the one thing I've always hated baking was cookies. Making the dough and waiting for the first batch was fine, but I'm rarely in the mood to wait around for multiple batches to cook. Now I can have two or three trays in my regular oven and a couple in this counter-top oven. I even found that if you get the Calphalon 12x17 jelly roll pans, they fit in the grooves that are supposed to hold the baking racks. This way you can get four trays of cookies in the oven without having to buy extra racks. It's glorious.
