Customer Review: Very functional but much more plastic than I'd like.

The exterior of this juicer is stainless steel. That appearance conceals the fact that inside it is all plastic. Most of that plastic seems to be food grade.
However the plastic part that the circular blade connects to is especially stinky even after several weeks of almost daily use and washing, so I'd guess it is very toxic and not food grade. Yet food and juice does come in contact with it.
Waring could have done a better job at protecting the consumer's health.
